How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. For fairings that are made to order please allow at least 10-15 business days for delivery.

Will your fairings fit with my OEM bodywork?
Yes. Since the fairings we sell are designed to OEM specifications, they’ll interchange with your original bodywork. Our paint is slightly different than OEM, so we cannot guarantee the colors will match 100%. All of our fairings are pre-drilled just like OEM fairings.
Do you ship to my location?

Why must GSXRparts.net verify my shipping address?

I tried placing an order but it was declined and I received an declined error code of 15005. What does this mean? Did my order go through?
The transaction was declined by your bank. You should attempt another card. This declined transaction could be the result of your bank blocking an unrecognized charge. If you want to use this card for the purchase you should call the toll free support phone line located on the back of your card for more assistance.

Are you missing an item from your order?
In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different warehouses, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item has a damaged or defective part, please Contact us right away via email. We’ll ask you to indicate the number of items you’re returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. If your items were damaged in shipping, save ALL PACKAGING and we will file an insurance claim.
How long does it take to receive my refund? (canceled or returned orders)
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 1 billing statement for most banks).
